New Content at WAISworld Website (John Eipper, USA, 01/20/11 4:15 am)

Better late than never!  I am pleased to inform WAISdom that the "What is WAIS" and "Our Founder" buttons on the left column of the waisworld.org homepage, long Works in Progress, are now linked to actual content.  Moreover, the yellow "donate" button at the bottom of that same column is operational (hint hint).  The "donate" button is connected through PayPal; if you do not have a PP account there is always the old-fashioned way to contribute, via check (made out to WAIS) to John Eipper, Goldsmith Hall, Adrian College, Adrian MI 49221 USA.

My gratitude to WAISers who have already made their 2011 contributions.  An updated Honor Roll will appear on these pages in the coming weeks.

Also, we have added a new feature to the homepage, the "Ask WAIS Experts" button, which will give our worldwide readership the chance to pose questions for discussion among the WAISitudes.  I will filter through the incoming questions and will try to post one per week.

I'd appreciate WAISer thoughts and feedback about the new website content.  Is my description of Prof. Hilton (Our Founder) thorough enough?  Have I accurately portrayed our mission in the "What is WAIS" section?  It's not an easy question to address--although I notice that without a question mark, "What is WAIS" is technically not a question at all.  Perhaps it should read, more affirmatively, "What WAIS is."

Pax, lux et veritas to all.
