David W. Pike's "A Spaniard's Death Camp Notebook" (David Pike, France, 04/03/18 7:05 pm)

Eccolo! I am announcing the arrival of the fourth installment of my Pentad, A Spaniard's Deathcamp Notebook. (You will notice that it is dedicated to the newest member of my family, Elisa, whose photo, at three days, is also attached.)

I trust WAISers will admire the aegis and the logo.

I am now working to complete the fifth item in the Pentad, Nuremberg: The Photographic Proof which, as in our agreement, will also carry the aegis and logo of WAIS.

Very soon, I intend to send John all four of the other items in the Pentad for free and open distribution. I will of course always be interested in receiving any comments, and even corrections, sent in by WAISers.

As you can imagine, working on my Pentad has prevented me from taking part in WAIS discussions for a very long time, but I hope soon to be able to return to the various scuffles.

With warmest wishes to you and to WAIS.

JE comments:  Bravo!  David W. Pike has been a WAISer since the very beginning, and I am proud to attach our logo to his latest scholarly work.  And you read that right:  David has made the JPG file of A Spaniard's Deathcamp Notebook available to WAISers, free of charge.  In the coming days I will be uploading the full text to the WAISworld "publications" page.  For those unable to wait, drop me a line and I'll forward the file.

And welcome to Elisa!  Her picture with big sister Justine is attached.
