It is Easy to Avoid War... ... (Timothy Brown, USA, 09/04/17 6:59 am) I agree with Istvan Simon (3 September). It's actually easy to avoid a war. Your enemy attacks, you surrender, war over. You can do this by simply bowing your head and submitting.
