PostA Big Trump Baby over London? (John Heelan, UK, 07/08/18 1:26 pm)
It is said that humour is an excellent way of puncturing inflated egos. Perhaps the following is a good example?
(It is interesting that US diplomats confirm POTUS's arrogance.)
JE comments: Inflated ego, indeed, and this one requires many yards of hot air. Could Baby Trump be the most incendiary thing over London since the Blitz? (Am I the only one to see a Pokemon likeness?)
London's Trump Baby Blimp
(Timothy Ashby, South Africa

John Eipper asked if anyone could see a Pokemon likeness to the Trump blimp that will fly over Parliament Square on Friday the 13th. (See John Heelan, July 8th.)
I see more of a resemblance to traditional "John Barleycorn" Toby Jugs.
(The one below is from the 19th century.)
Because much of central London (Westminster, etc.) is predicted to grind to a halt due to the massive anti-Trump demonstrations planned for The Big Yellow One's visit, we--and everyone we know--plans to stay at home or hold meetings elsewhere. I've heard that the security arrangements are unprecedented.
JE comments: I had assumed the entire story was a hoax, but the six-meter blimp has been approved to fly over Parliament Square Gardens for two hours on Friday (ominously, the 13th).
(That Toby Jug is a creepy Trumpelgänger, too.)
